A familiar face from the transfer portal, star running back Henry Parrish Jr., is returning from Miami to Ole Miss for his final season of eligibility.
The five-foot-10 running back from Goulds, Fla., is coming off a solid season with the Miami Hurricanes team. He recorded 100 carries for 625 yards and six touchdowns.
In his two seasons with Miami, Parrish rushed for 1,200 yards and 10 touchdowns.
When Parrish started his college career in 2020, he became an asset in Ole Miss Football Head Coach Lane Kiffin’s offense alongside running backs Snoop Conner and Jerrion Ealy. In his two seasons with the Rebels, Parrish rushed for 800 yards and five touchdowns before following Running Backs Coach Kevin Smith to Miami.
The Rebels are trying to add running backs to the squad after Quinshon Judkins, who was twice named to the All-SEC team, transferred to Ohio State after the 2023 season.
With Parrish joining presumed RB1 Ulysses Bentley IV on the team, the Rebels should have one of the most dynamic backfields in college football.
