Weekly playlist: The golden decade

Welcome back to the weekly playlist created by yours truly. This week I’ve got a great set of tunes from the golden decade — the ‘80s. Of course, acts like Queen, Michael Jackson and Culture Club were popular back then, but I think some of the decade’s greatest music came from the ’80s alternative scene. Of course, today, it wouldn’t really be considered alternative; everyone knows about Devo and Tears for Fears now. But in my opinion, it truly was the golden era for music. The music was great, and the lyrics were better. So jump back in time and cruise around town with this playlist bumping on the stereo. Until next week, folks!
